Francine French Pate a Choux Mix - Makes 40 Blinis or 10 Pancakes! -

For 20 Blinis, you need:

• 1 sachet of mix.
• 3/4 cup of milk.
• 1 tablespoon of oil.

1. Pour one sachet in a sald bowl, add the milk and oil while stirring with a whisk until you get a smooth dough
2. Heat up a 12 in. frying pan with a litttle bit of oil, and pour 1/2 ladle for each blini (1.5 in.diameter appr.). You should be able to make 6 at a time. Flip when brown

For 10 Pancakes, you need:

• 2 sachets of mix.
• 1 cup of milk.

1. Pour two sachets in a sald bowl, add the milk while stirring with a whisk until you get a smooth dough
2. Heat up a 12 in. frying pan with a litttle bit of oil, and pour 1/2 ladle for each pancake (3 in.diameter appr.) . You should be able to make 3 at a time. Flip when brown
